Hotch Chandler

President

Chandler Landscaping was born when Hotch was gifted a lawn mower from his late grandfather in 2008, when he was just 12 years old. That simple gift sparked a love for the outdoors and a drive to build something of his own. Hotch graduated with a business degree from the University of Tennessee in 2019. After growing the business all through college Hotch fell in love with the landscape industry and continued growing Chandler Landscaping, focusing on quality work, professionalism and integrity. In his free time, he enjoys duck hunting, spending time with his family and training his loyal dog, Wilson.

Ty Chandler

Operations

A Knoxville native, Ty has been part of Chandler Landscaping since the beginning, working alongside his brother Hotch. Ty graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2020 and after a short hiatus away from the business joined back full time in 2021. As Operations Manager, Ty keeps things moving handling the day-to-day operations. When he’s off the clock, you can find him on the golf course, duck hunting and spending time with friends and family.

Evan Zimmerman

Design & Sales

Evan grew up in Tampa Bay, Florida and has been with Chandler Landscaping since 2021. With decades of experience that date back to his childhood, Evan has worked in different areas of the landscape industry from lawn maintenance to nursery management.

With a unique eye for landscape design, Evan loves bringing his clients’ visions to life while prioritizing sustainability and the longevity of the landscapes he creates. In his free time, Evan enjoys fishing and spending time with his six children.

Ben Boutwell

Design & Sales

Born in southern New Hampshire, Ben joined the Chandler Landscaping team in 2024. Ben has worked in the industry since 2008 and has extensive experience installing landscapes and hardscapes. With a unique perspective having worked in several areas of the landscape industry, Ben has a passion for quality in the construction process and loves to design and build outdoor living spaces for families to enjoy and entertain. Ben enjoys playing disc golf, hiking, camp fires in his backyard and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Joshua George

Project Manager

Josh grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina and has played a major role in the development of Chandler Landscaping’s irrigation department since he joined the team in 2021. Josh has extensive knowledge and experience designing, installing and maintaining irrigation systems of all types.

Josh has a passion for serving his clients and sharing with them the importance of the role that irrigation plays in lawn and plant health. In his free time, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and kids.
